Terms & Conditions & Refund Policy

Please read the following guidelines carefully before registration.

Terms & Conditions

  • GST is included in the registration fee.
  • Registration fee includes access to scientific sessions, trade exhibition, conference lunches & dinner, and conference kit.
  • Organizing Committee shall not be liable for any change in date or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • PG Students must provide a Bonafide Certificate duly signed by the HOD.
  • Please provide a valid email ID and mobile number for all conference communications.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to the Conference Secretariat.
  • 50% Refund Cancellation on or before 31 August 2026.
  • 30% Refund Cancellation on or before 30 September 2026.
  • No Refund For cancellations received after 1 October 2026.
  • Email timestamp will be considered the official cancellation date.
  • GST charges are non-refundable in all categories.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days after completion of the conference.
